Thanks all for your great comments. I think I'll start modifying the seat, as it seems very easy (and free). I find myself pushing my butt backwards all the time in order to straighten the back, but the arms seems to be at the good distance from the handlebar (I'm only 1'70 m). I'll consider a flat handlebar and a little windshield later, as I ride consistently fast.
